Today I visit Sugar moon farm with my friends and teachers.People always make maple syrup  there.

When we get to Sugar moon farm ,I can see a wooden shanty and a lot of maples ,but they’re not red.We have lunch first ,because it’s 12 o’clock,we’re very hungry.The lunch is waffle with maple syrup,that’s yummy.I like it very much.Then,a woman tells us how to make maple syrup.We can extract 97%water,2%Sugar and 1%other substances from maple ,that’s few!So,we need 40 maples and take away some water to make one maple syrup.That’s difficult!and we go another room.We can see a big gray machine ,it will be too hot if it’s working.There are some pictures on the wall ,what on the pictures?There are some people are making maple syrup,and we know the maple syrup from Indian.Next,we go to a big ground ,our bus stays there.A box over there ,some ice in it.(because there’s too cold,so the ice can keep don’t melt)it,the woman puts some hot maple syrup on the ice. I use a stick to glue some maple syrup and ice,that’s yummy too!But it always sticks to the teeth,that is funny !Then,we go climbing (it’s a little hill,not a big mountain )the road is very hard,because it’s wet .But we think “The red army is not afraid of expeditionary difficulties and is only idle”we go to the peak，but we don’t see anything,that’s bad.Finally,we go to the shop to buy some maple syrup. There are three maple syrup varieties:the yellow,orange and red.You can eat the yellow directly.And the orange maple syrup is for cook. The red maple syrup will be food additives.I buy three yellow maple syrups for my grandparents and my mother.
